The Executive Board of the Icelandic Women's Rights Association (IWRA) is elected biannually. The chairman and the vice-chairman are not elected in same year. Current Board consits of the following women:

Additionally, every political party that has representation in the Icelandic Parliament (Althingi), appoints its representative to the Board of IWRA. They are:
